Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost. Gifts always ship free, and so does any order of $29 or more. If your order has cards and comes to less than $29, shipping is $3.99.

Production time. Every item is made to order. Our print partners usually take 2 to 5 business days to print and pack an order. During peak holiday weeks this can take 2 to 5 business days longer.

Delivery time. After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

More than one package. Different items may be printed by different partners and ship separately. You'll get a tracking email for each package.

Tracking. We email tracking as soon as each package ships.

Address errors. Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change an address once your order is in production. If a package comes back because of an address error, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Lost or stolen packages. If your package hasn't arrived or tracking shows delivered and you can't find it, email us at hello@westlanecreative.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and our print partner to find it or make it right.

Holiday orders. We'll post the Christmas order-by date on the site as soon as our print partner confirms it.
