How long will my order take?
Every item is printed after you order. Our print partner usually needs 2 to 5 business days to make it, then it ships. Delivery after that usually takes 2 to 5 business days. During the holiday rush, production can run 2 to 5 business days longer.
How much is shipping?
Gifts always ship free, and so does any order of $29 or more. If your order has cards and comes to less than $29, shipping is $3.99. Three cards get you to free shipping.
Why did my order arrive in more than one box?
Different items can be made by different print partners, and each one ships its own package. You'll get tracking for each.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We ship to US addresses only for now.
What does "made to order" mean?
Nothing is printed until you buy it. That keeps waste down and the designs fresh, and it's why we can't take returns for a change of mind.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us at hello@westlanecreative.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund. Can I cancel or change my order?
Email hello@westlanecreative.com as soon as possible. Orders go into production quickly, and once printing starts we can't change or cancel them.
What's in the box?
- Cards: one 5 x 7 inch card on 270gsm paper with an envelope.
- Ornaments: one round 2.8 inch ceramic ornament with a gold string.
- Napkins: a pack of 50 three-ply paper beverage napkins, 4.8 x 4.8 inches.
- Trinket trays: one ceramic tray with a gold rim, round 4 inch or wavy 4.65 inch. For jewelry and trinkets, not for food.
- Boards: one acacia wood and slate serving board, 12.5 x 7.75 inches, with the line engraved into the wood.
- Puzzle: a 252 piece jigsaw puzzle.
How do I care for them?
- Ornaments and trays: they're ceramic, so handle them like any ceramic piece and store ornaments wrapped. Wipe with a soft dry cloth.
- Boards: hand wash with mild soap, dry right away and oil the wood now and then. Don't soak it or put it in the dishwasher.
- Napkins: they're paper and made for one use. Keep the pack dry until the party.
- Cards: keep them flat and dry until it's time to write something petty inside.
Do you gift wrap or include gift notes?
Not right now. Orders ship straight from our print partner, so we can't add wrap or handwritten notes.
Are you affiliated with the show or anyone on it?
No. We're an independent fan shop. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any network, production company or cast member.
When is the last day to order for Christmas?
We'll post the Christmas order-by date here and in the banner as soon as our print partner confirms it.
